The Finance and Investment Students’ Association bridges the gap between theory and practical finance. As FISA executives we want to offer students all the tools, tips and practices to surpass themselves as well as polish their finance skills. FISA’s goal is to promote JMSB’s finance program as well as our students’ expertise and commitment to success. By involving faculty and staff in all our student events, we aim to create synergies between all of JMSB’s finance communities.

About Us

FISA is one of the largest students associations in finance in the province of Quebec. Our mandate is to promote and educate students about various opportunities in finance. We mentor and guide students by responding to their needs and helping them select their career paths. For the last 22 years, FISA has been bridging the gap between theory and practical finance. We take pride in providing students with a greater knowledge base of the investment markets and the financial world.

Overall, we represent the best interests of finance students by providing students the opportunity to further enhance their business knowledge, improve their interpersonal skills, establish key business contacts, and subsequently optimize demand for JMSB graduates. Moreover, we aim to provide excellent academic events as well as social events, while innovating and continuously improving our operations.
